Costumer said about BlackBerry Bold 9780; Finally I have my new phone and I can say is all what I was expecting. I bought the store Amazon.com (not another seller) and when the box arrived the first thing I was corroborated phone model and said he is RCM72UW, which is working with 3G bands 850/1900/2100 by so this phone is the aT & T version, Rogers, Telus, to be Movistar Venezuela and Movilnet, NOT the version T-Mobile, which is excellent for me since I use Movistar.

Well to be honest I could not always ensure that Amazon.com will ship this particular model or version because they do not differentiate the 3G support and believe me I spent a lot of emails to customer service team and I knew asking them to give details . I took the risk and bought it anyway. Other information in the box: Blackberry Bold 9780 Smartphone, 1256 - Americas (Spanish) QWERTY-Black. RCM72UW Model, Made in Mexico.

It comes with the operating system OS 6.0.0 Bundle 863. NOTE: Surprisingly came with a 2GB microSD card already installed, although it was not published in the product details. Other information I got reviewing options: active 3G bands 1, 2, 5 and 6. Researching on the Internet I discovered that this means working in 2100/1900/850/800 3G bands.

The contents of the box is 9780 cell with protective plastic film on the screen, upper front (where it says "Blackberry"), the battery cover, camera lens and flash, leather lining (the simplest of all, without clip to belt, leather seems artificial), headphones, battery, USB cable 1.5 meter (much longer than it had before), standard wall charger with international adapters multiple (was waiting for one with USB socket as used by the iPod, but the same old wine), CD with Desktop sotware, user manual and some quick guides.

This phone is a nice quality, attractive, many featured, decent upgrade than the series before, Still someone decided to get fancy with the design and make the phone so you cannot turn off the touch screen. Yes you can lower the sensitivity but that doesnt do much good either. Using a protective case helps because the screen is a few centimeters below the case.

To answer the phone and it touches to ear and end up muting or putting the person who calls on hold. This phone is good choses over the other phones because it had a keyboard may wanted direct contact. The browser is quick and loads sites quickly, and half the time they are the full site you'd see on your computer monitor.hq screen is gorgeous; pictures, wallpaper, messages, etc. are all crystal clear to the finest details.

The camera's focus is improved over the Torch 9800, and the HD video (720p) recording ability is also much appreciated. The shape and form is identical to the Torch 9800, just a better screen, double the processor speed, more memory, etc. The same BlackBerry keyboard is there, and that makes typing long messages precisely an easy task. For those who like touch keyboards, the touch keyboard is *much* improved over the 9800.

Known in its early days as the "Torch 2," the new version of the portrait QWERTY slider was released to much less pomp and circumstance. This time it was unveiled alongside two new BlackBerry BFFs: the Bold Touch 9900 / 9930 and the Torch 9850 / 9860.

The 9810 in particular wasn't a surprise because we'd been given the opportunity to preview the device in May. Though it's nearly identical to the original, it packs a processor that nearly doubles the speed -- a behind-the-scenes upgrade culminating in a night-and-day contrast. But how does it fare against the blooming market of superphones that are flooding the market? And is this the best BlackBerry you can buy today? Let's find out.

BlackBerry is not only a SmartPhone, but one gadget with a combination of overall elegance, usability, and ecosystem, small and integrated by Operating System make our lifes more easier.

It was about time that RIM announced the 3G-capable twin bro of the BlackBerry Curve 8520. Images of the so far rumored BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 have been circulating the web for a long, long time but now all speculations will come to an end.

The guys over at Research In Motion certainly know how to keep people's secrets but when it comes to their own ones, they're just helpless. Or is it that they just don't want to keep the information about their future devices to themselves? Anyway, what really counts is that the waiting is over: the BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 has just been officially unveiled.

Part from the HSDPA-support, there are only a few other differences between the Curve 3G 9300 and the elderly Curve 8520. The newly introduced smartphone is said to be BlackBeryy 6 ready (the update from ver. 5 to ver. 6 should become available in the coming months).

Berry 8520 Unlocked Phone with 2 MP Camera is comparable to most other BlackBerrys. This, critics say, is both a positive and a negative. Reviewers unanimously praise messaging and calling options but condemn the web browser, which isn't the BlackBerry line's strongest suit.

Media playback gets mixed reviews, though critics say this BlackBerry is more media-friendly than older versions. It features a standard headphone jack, as well as dedicated playback controls at the top of the device.

The BlackBerry operating system also earns ambiguous reviews; some say it is very functional, while others complain that it looks tired in comparison to interfaces such as that of the Apple iPhone 3GS.

Mac-compatible BlackBerry desktop software is unavailable as of the 8520's launch, though manufacturer Research in Motion says it will be ready for download sometime in the fall.
